Coached Sessions Schedule for Lockdown


Having lost the use of all our venues and unable to gather in groups we have been busily working behind the scenes to make an alternative schedule for the Lockdown period and can now confirm the following will be the schedule for coached sessions up to the 2nd December:

  • Monday – 7.00 pm Zwift Turbo Session with Nick Cox (no change)
  • Tuesday – 7.30 PM Yoga with Clare Hydes
  • Wednesday – 7.00 PM Senior Circuits with Ralph Hydes
  • Thursday – 7.00 PM Junior Circuits with Ralph Hydes
  • Saturday – 9.00 AM Virtual Run with Ralph Hydes

All sessions will last for one hour and are available to book now via the booking tool. And whilst the Circuits session will be orientated to Seniors and Juniors both are open to all if you can not make a particular session. Or want to join both!

All the regular Zwift non coached events, Monday Intervals/Tuesday Races/Thursday Races/Friday Races will continue as usual.

The Virtual Run…… will be an Interval Session delivered via an Audio only Zoom call with Ralph giving instructions on the interval lengths and lots of helpful tips and encouragement. We ran a test on Saturday and it was positively received by all participants. Give it a go! Do please note it is your responsibility to perform this session in a safe and secure manner and environment but have put together some guidance to help you with this:

And finally, you may have noticed a change of provider for the Yoga and this is because Kathryn Scott is busy supporting and coaching one of her neighbours and friends who is taking on a running challenge to support a Cardiac Risk in the Young charity. If you would like to know more or make a donation her Just Giving page can be found here and anybody that attended Clare’s session earlier in the year when she stood in for Kathryn will confirm it was an outstanding session and well worth attending to help with your conditioning and injury prevention.
