The following training guidelines and new procedures will help you look after your own fitness and each others’ health when you are attending TTTC training.
BTF keeps their guidelines updated here. Please read the new guidelines BTF has published: Individual Hygiene Guidelines and Individual Training Guidelines. Both are designed to help guide you back to training safely after lockdown. As of 13 July, BTF also requires all participants in club training sessions to conduct a self-assessment before attending each training session. Please use the pre-training self-assessment below and indicate you have completed it on the online booking form.
DO NOT go to training if you currently have any illness symptoms or have been in contact with a known Covid-19 case in the last 14 days. If you are not sure, follow the advice of your NHS Test & Trace app or check your symptoms here. Consider your risk of sharing the virus: how many different groups of people have you been around? Have you been wearing a mask? Have you been keeping your distance? Have you been washing your hands? Have you been indoors with others or outdoors? If you’re not sure, contact the club’s Covid-19 Lead.
