This week we thought we taking part in a Friday Night Race, the Newbury Velo at 19.35 pm. A 24K course with 204M of elevation so quite flat.

Never done a Zwift race and feeling a bit nervous? That is natural we all do. But they are suitable for all abilities and the way to look at them is as a short, hard training session where you are cycling at somebody else’s speed. Get of to a hard, fast start, get in a group and then try to hang on. It takes a little practise so do not worry if you can’t manage the first time. What ever happens it is fun and good training.
