Junior Training Schedule

MondaySpin / Bike19:00Zoom – Follow the link sent out once you book for the session through the booking system  Open to everyone.  You will need your own bike and Turbo trainer.  Please ensure that a parent can help you set up and if you have any problems during the session.  A parent must be within earshot throughout the entire session.
TuesdaySwim18:30 – 19:30  Lady Eleanor Hollies School Pool Hanworth Road, Hampton, TW12 3HF  Swim Hats compulsory. It is Compulsory for over 11’s to wear face covering when walking through building.  Parents collect Child by waiting alongside pool building at the end of the session.
WednesdayTrack18:30 – 19:30St Marys UniversityOpen to all age 10 years+ Also open to 9-year olds who have demonstrated their ability to handle the session by achieving the qualifying time of 2km at the Junior parkrun or Spring Run Series in sub 8:45 boys/9:00 girls.
ThursdaySwim19:00 – 19:45Hampton Open Air Pool  Swim Hats compulsory Follow covid Regulations by arriving swim ready and sign in with Covid officer at entrance to HOP – Compulsory for over 11’s to wear face covering when walking through building. 
SaturdayRun08:00 – 09:00Bushy Park  Meet by Hampton Hill Gate opposite Holly Road TW12 1QF
SaturdayBike / Run / Brick08:00 – 09:00Richmond Park  Meet at Penn Ponds car park for cycling sessions.  Cycle helmets compulsory. Meet at Pembroke Lodge car park for running sessions.
SaturdayBike08:00 – 09:00Kempton Park Racecourse Staines Road East, Sunbury, TW16 5AQMeet in Car Park behind Main Entrance – carry on straight to the far end. Please do not enter the facility without the coaches. Cycle helmets compulsory.

SundayBikeTBAHillingdon Cycle Circuit, Springfield Road, Hayes, UB4 0LPPlease meet according to email instructions.
Please note there is one session per weekend, either a Saturday or Sunday, with venue and day advised via email by Head Coach or Junior Representative for the upcoming weeks

Please ensure that correct kit is brought to all sessions. Please ensure you arrive 10 minutes prior to session start times indicated above.

Swimming: Swim-hats are compulsory at all swim venues.

Bike/Run General: Appropriate clothing for weather conditions – waterproofs & gloves essential in winter.  Also change of clothes for afterwards if raining. A drink to be brought to all sessions.

Cycling – Specific: Helmet, gloves, bottle, pump, spare tube & equipment to change tyres all compulsory.

Running – Specific: For track, in addition to above, a watch and pen/book for recording times.

Brick sessions: Please ensure you have bike and run kit and appropriate clothing for weather conditions.

Transition sessions – Please ensure you have bike, run kit and race belts, swim hats, race towels and appropriate clothing for weather conditions.

Club Bikes
The club has a number of really nice race bikes for use by Junior Members until they get their own. If interested, then details are available from Junior Rep Phil Parnham – phil@thepees.co.uk
