Carrying on our routine of using the Hunters Challenge workouts of recent weeks this Monday 3rd August at 7.00 pm the Interval Session will be Hunters Challenge/Week 3/Day – Microbursts:
3 sets of 15 seconds of 160% of FTP with 15 seconds rest x 20 with 5 minutes recovery between the sets. Should be tough! For a good recovery I suggest you join the Yoga session after at 8.15 pm. Plenty of time to pack away the bike set up and get the yoga mat out.
