I strongly advise everybody to read/watch my joining instructions which can be found here. The sequence is critical when joining these workouts and has to be done as I have detailed. Before the start clock hit’s zero your screen should look like this with the workout interval details in the top left hand corner:
If it does not look like this….. you have done something wrong!
