Monday Night Zwift Interval Session – Taper Intervals


This Monday, 10th August 7.00 pm, the Zwift Interval Session will be the Taper Intervals session found under 8wk Race Day Prep Plan and Week 7:

This should be an easier session compared to some in recent weeks and also a good introduction if you are new to these sessions.
