First of all apologies for any confusion but the Zwift Interval’s session is returning to a Monday. This is due to personal commitments on a Tuesday.
Secondly, not attended a Zwift Interval Session before and not sure what happens? Well, like any interval session you will have spells of riding hard and easy but we set the session so everybody stays together on screen regardless of speed so you can not be dropped. That is better than real life!
This week’s session, Monday 6th July at 7.00 pm, will be the Max Aerobic session found under Zwift Academy 2018 and Semi-Finals:
