Juniors Session: Warm up, mobilisation, 4 sets of  60 seconds run 60 seconds recovery 30 second run 2 min recovery.  Coach timed session (cool down and stretches to be conducted at home)

Senior Session: Warm up, mobilisation, 6 sets of  90 second run 30 second recovery 60 second run 2 min recovery. Coach timed session (cool down and stretches to be conducted at home)
