Run Training – How to Book a Session

Government and training body guidelines are clear about training in groups, so we will be able to start with 15 people per session.  There will be one Junior session and one Senior session held at the same times as pre-lockdown – Wednesday evenings. 

  • Junior session starting at 6:30pm until 7:15pm
  • Seniors starting at 7:30pm finishing at 8:30pm 

The venue will be Hampton Common.  There will be three coaches, each one taking a group of 5 athletes.  All the information about booking the session along with details of location are explained below.

Booking a session

  • Go to the Thames Turbo website: https://thamesturbo.co.uk/athome 
  • Read the Health and safety disclaimer and click the x at the bottom right
  • Go to the Training and Coaching tab at the top
  • Click on Book Sessions

Once you have clicked on Book Sessions you come to the Booking Management page.  You will need to enter your site Password and User name. If you do not have existing credentials please follow instructions to create one using your email address or by linking your Facebook account. You will only have to do this the first time you use this system. Once you have registered and enter your User Name and Password, clicked you are Not a Robot and clicked Submit you are taken to a second booking management page with the options of each training session available to you. The next screen has an option to select location which is currently set to London.  Ignore that option and underneath that should be a list of the sessions available to you with the time and a number in blue brackets.  Click on the white dot to select your participation for that session.  The blue number in brackets indicates how many people are on the waiting list.
