Shepperton Swim – IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!

With immediate effect Shepperton Open Water swim have introduced payment on their booking app. Please note:

  • When booking a swim for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday pay by Debit/Credit card
  • When booking a swim for Saturday or Sunday select the “Thames Turbo Tri Club Member” option

DO NOT SELECT THE THAMES TURBO OPTION FOR A WEEKDAY SWIM

Arrival route at Shepperton is unchanged; you drive to the check in point so they check you are booked and arriving at correct time, drive to car park, walk back to swim area.

Please be reminded it is one swim per weekend that is prepaid which can be used on either a Saturday or Sunday.

Useful tip: If you find the app gets stuck/defaults to one payment method and you don’t have the opportunity to select a different one, restart your phone and it will clear.
