With the return to training last Thursday the emphasis was on introducing continuous swimming whilst changing the pace / intensity within each set.
This Thursday will repeat this session.
The sessions for the next two Tuesday’s will be developing endurance and working on technique. This is a great session to get you back into swimming after the layoff but also crucial in helping you get fit and developing your fitness as triathletes. The ability to change pace is one of the most important aspects of becoming a more rounded and stronger athlete.
The Final swim session of the year is Tuesday 22nd December. This will be my 12 days of Christmas session which will work different aspects of swim fitness whilst hopefully providing a fun festive element.
Please bring your own pull Buoy to the sessions with your name clearly marked on it.
