Thames Turbo would love to welcome you to our Sprint Triathlon 2025, centred on the magnificent Hampton open air swimming pool. The event consists of a 432m pool based swim, a 21km cycle through the quiet bank holiday streets of Hampton and Lower Sunbury followed by a 5km run at the spectacular Royal Bushy Park.
A pool-based swim at Hampton open air swimming pool and amazing marshals cheering you on make this is an ideal race for beginners looking to do their first ever triathlon and for more competent race go-ers looking to improve.

Registration & Timings:
Advanced Registration: 17.00-18.00, 04 May 2025 (it is not possible to rack your bike on this day)
On The Day Race Registration: 05:45-06:15 - 5 May 2025.
Transition Closure: 06.30 (All bikes MUST be racked by this time).
Mandatory Race Briefing: 06.35.
Race Start Time: Race starts at 06:45-6.50 in race number order with 10-15 second intervals between athletes.
Marshalling: We need marshals for this race, so if you are able to help please let us know.
