Race Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals can be made by emailing the Race Director race_director@thamesturbo.co.uk stating which event you are registered in with your full name. Once the withdrawal is made you will get a refund of your entry fee minus a £20 admin fee for Senior Race and £5 for Junior Aquthalon. The closing date for withdrawals is Five weeks before the event.
It is not possible to transfer your entry to another event or person.
To support our governing body (British Triathlon Federation) we use their sign up system, however unfortunately this does not allow for refunds. Therefore, to complete a refund we will require your bank details and our treasurer will make individual payments.
