We are very sorry that you have been unable to race with us this year; Hopefully, we shall see you next year.
Our terms and conditions state that a refund can be claimed if notice of withdrawal is received two weeks before the event. Less £15 admin fee;
To support our governing body (British Triathlon Federation), we use their registration / sign-up system. Unfortunately, this does not allow for refunds. Therefore, we will require your bank details to complete a refund and our treasurer will make individual payments.
Thames Turbo is a club run 100% by volunteers. Any race proceeds are invested directly into the club's sustainability and support for athletes getting started in the sport. If you are able, and would like to donate all or part of your refund, we would appreciate it; However, we recognise everyone’s circumstances are different.
