Weekly Strength & Conditioning session on Zoom.

The same routine week after week will eventually lead to you hitting a plateau, so these sessions are designed to continuously challenge your muscles in different ways, leading to consistent improvement.

There are three distinct phases: Foundation, Strength, and Power, each with a specific goal and a tailored set of exercises. Every six weeks we will do a fitness test so that you can see your improvement.
